All custom designs are completed within 3 weeks (or less) unless stated otherwise (usually because waiting on a bead shipment).

-Food grade silicone, freezer and top shelf dishwasher safe
-FDA, SGC & LFGB approved
-Inspect item before each use for defects and flaws, discontinue use upon issues with an item
-If the item contains wooden parts then it is NOT freezer or dishwasher safe
-Recommended to wash by hand in soapy water, but silicone only products can be cleaned top shelf of dishwasher
-Air dry
-Rub vegetable oil or beeswax to wood pieces when they become dried out
-With normal use teething items should last at least 4-6 months
-With heavy use teething items may breakdown sooner, always inspect the items prior to use
