Refund policy

Returns

  Due to the nature of our products being custom made and/or silicone (for safety purposes) all sales are final.  There are no returns or exchanges on any products. If you have questions about any items please contact us by email before you place an order. If you receive your order and there is an issue with your order you must contact us within 3 days of the item(s) being delivered.

Refunds

   Items may only be refunded if they are found to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email hollingdaleshobbies@gmail.com. The email should include your order number, full name, a photo of the defective item along with an explanation of what the issue is concerning the item. Once this is reviewed you will receive and email back with a response. If the item is defective you will be able to replace the item or take a credit for the purchase price.
